Garlic Feta Dill Dip

2 8oz Cream cheese (softened)

1.5 cup sour cream

8oz crumbled feta cheese

3 Tbsp Dill

3-4 cloves crushed garlic (to taste)

Mix well and refrigerate

2 cups fresh basil leaves. ...

1/3 cup pine nuts. ...

1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.

3 cloves garlic (roasted or fresh)

1/3 cup olive oil.

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional but recommended)

1/2 teaspoon each salt and fresh ground pepper.

Blend to a fine consistency in a food processor

Baby Kale chips

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
